FAQ

Straight answers.

What kind of recovery coaching do you offer?

A no-excuses, no-indulgence approach to recovery and life-rebuilding: a 3-day ayahuasca retreat, a 5-day ibogaine retreat (through the Rules of Engagement programme), and a full 6-month programme that rebuilds addiction recovery, relationships, career, routine, body and purpose.

What is the Rules of Engagement programme?

It's our 6-month programme to beat a substance or behavioural addiction by rebuilding the identity underneath it. We tailor a rigorous curriculum to you, add psychedelic treatment where appropriate, and support you across every area of your life. For those who qualify, it includes a fully supported 5-day ibogaine retreat.

How do psychedelics help with addiction?

Addiction becomes automatic when a behaviour is repeated until the subconscious runs it without your consent. Psychedelics open the brain's neural pathways and create a window in which those deeply ingrained patterns can be confronted and rewired — helping you reclaim your free will. It's supported by a growing body of peer-reviewed science and thousands of years of plant-medicine use.

Do I have to take psychedelics?

No. Psychedelics aren't compulsory, and recovery can absolutely be achieved without them. They can shorten the journey, but the programme works without them — it just takes longer and demands even more dedication.

Where are the retreats held?

Overseas. The ayahuasca retreat runs for 3 days and the ibogaine retreat for 5 days, both in a warm location abroad, with preparation and aftercare wrapped around them.

Can ayahuasca help with PTSD?

Many people use ayahuasca to work through trauma and PTSD, including veterans. I went through plant-medicine work myself to address combat-related PTSD. It is not a medical treatment or a guaranteed cure, and it isn't right for everyone — which is why every place starts with a conversation and screening.

Why don't you offer ibogaine on its own?

Because ibogaine is not to be messed with. It carries real medical risks and demands proper screening, preparation and aftercare. We only offer it inside the 6-month Rules of Engagement programme, where the months of work around it make it safe and worthwhile.

Is it really guaranteed?

The Rules of Engagement programme is built to beat your addiction within six months. If you complete the programme and haven't broken it, your next six months are free. Every place still starts with a screening call to make sure it's the right fit.

How confidential is this?

Completely. We're a small team operating outside the usual channels and answerable only to you. Everything you say and experience is held in strict confidence — which is exactly what lets us reach the issues traditional treatment can't.

Is this just for men?

It's built around becoming a well-rounded, unshakeable person and speaks plainly to men — but the work is for anyone, men and women, ready to do it. No excuses required, regardless of who you are.

Do you offer a discount for veterans?

Yes — veterans get 20% off. I'm a veteran myself and beat my own combat-related PTSD through this process, so supporting other veterans matters to me.

Is it just you, or a team?

It started with me and it's still me at its heart — my story, my method, my standards. But you'll be looked after by a small, hand-picked team I trust: trained facilitators, a shaman, and medical screening and support staff.

How do I get started?

Book a free, no-pressure call. We'll talk straight about where you are and whether this is the right fit.

What makes your approach different?

No excuses and no indulgence. I beat severe addiction, homelessness and combat PTSD myself, then spent five years building the curriculum we now use. It's accountability without cruelty — the work that actually rebuilds a life.
